Tour Group Information & Rates

The NSM is happy to accomodate group tours, with the following guidelines:

  1. Two weeks advance notice required for guided tours at group rate.
  2. Minimum group size is 20 for guided tour; 10 minimum for tour rate without guide.
  3. Tours are not available on holidays.
  4. Chaperones at a 1/10 ratio, tour guides, and bus drivers are admitted free.
  5. Payment may be made at the door (please, only one payment for the entire group, cash or check); in advance; or with voucher. Advance payments must be received one week prior to visit.
  6. Checks should be made payable to the National Soaring Museum.
  7. For your browsing pleasure, we have a gift shop (merchandise begins at 25 cents).
  8. If a date has not been confirmed in advance, please call (607) 734-3128 to be sure your requested date is open.
  9. Scheduled groups must pay for at least ten (10) persons if the group fails to cancel at least 24 hours prior to time of tour.

Youth (age 7-18) $4.00
Child (age 6 and under) Free
Senior (age 60+) $5.50
Additional fees may be charged for special programs or activities.

Booking A Tour

Please call (607) 734-3128 to make arrangements for your tour. A tour guide can be provided upon request, with advance notice required.
